For about 15 minutes, I was watching to WOW TBC Classic Gold watch his entire performance. Metallica, Nirvana, some other great rock artists that I couldn’t tell you off from the top of my head but were definitely seeing play on the radio. What’s that? The most horrible thing Lala has ever seen. What’s this? A M.Bison cosplay glamour. Are these people just standing around the plaza rolling through different poses in order to demonstrate their glamour? What’s that emote? And how can I obtain it? The minion is adorable, what is it called? You get this from the quest! No!
There was an Incredible Hulk lookin dude giving one of the sprouts circles a craft class by the elevator to the Wench. Another DJ was playing EDM style absurdity on a Harp with cats waving glowsticks.
There was plenty of player driven, created, player enjoyed content going around me. They weren’t stopping at Limsa to purchase a few items and head on their next adventure for pre-raid BiS or a rare mount. They were playing the game together with others who also enjoyed the activities.
To FFXIV players, I’m not trying to hype this up to increase karma for farming. WoW is not able to accommodate this. In the six years that WoW was in existence the closest I’ve come to this was while walking in circles with 20 people riding on the same mount. Cities are for vendoring, auctioning, and buy TBC Classic Gold waiting in WoW. It’s not like WoW has any conversations, and certainly nobody offers crafting classes or concerts. If you inquire with a player about their experience of appearing for an item you usually do not get a reply or, if you do “google the item’s name.”
