I am trying to access a senior leader (VP) in a particular mobile operator in my country, but the PA is unwilling to give out direct contact details to the VP, and is forcing me to route all queries through the PA, and subsequently stonewalling my inquiries. I can’t verify if the VP (authorized decision-maker) has reviewed my collateral for sure.

I’ve been chasing this account for over 2 months, and this PA is making my life hell. How can I get this PA to just submit my inquiry and our value-propositions to the VP, and allow me to follow up with the VP?
