After requesting a technical proposal, my prospect has gone silent and refuses to respond – how can I get him to either engage or indicate preference to progress or abandon the opportunity ?

After a face-2-face meeting with a prospect, and on the prospect’s request, I submitted a proposal (took 2 weeks effort on my part to build) to my prospect. Now he has gone silent and refuses to respond. It’s highly annoying and painful to get this kind of behaviour after putting in 2 weeks of work efforts.

What can I do to get him to either formally engage, or definitely communicate his position – progress or abandon?
