As a shareholder of a private limited company, how do I compel the company accountant to surface and disclose embezzlement of funds by company directors when the accountant is aiding and abetting the crimes?

As a non-executive director and shareholder of a private limited company, i launched an investigation into the financial governance and funds management of the firm. After running into obstructions by the financial controllers, and the external accountant, its clear who are the involved actors into the funds embezzlement. But without hard evidence and financial records, it’s hard to press for legal action.

How do I force the accountant to disclose all relevant evidence, if he himself is a beneficiary of the embezzlements?
