“New Balance’s new balance outlet has expanded significantly this year, with new silhouettes added to the collection regularly. This month, another sneaker has surfaced as a part of the outdoor collection. Check out the New Balance Shando, available now.The Shando is an interesting new look for the Boston-based footwear brand. The silhouette seems to take some of its design cues from New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio and some of their recent releases, with bar tack stitching and a heavy use of webbing. The Shando begins with a mesh and neoprene base layer, with the latter covering your heels for a better fit.

Originally released in 2006, the 992 was specifically built to celebrate the Boston brand’s 100th anniversary, building upon the famous legacy of the fan-favorite 99X franchise. The shoe was a massive success, and now, it is back for its first retro release since its debut 14 years ago.
