Trust Me When I Say This: Many People

If not for OSRS gold Runescape would have probably been shut down entirely by now, how bout instead of complaining try being grateful that our game nevertheless exists. Eliminate the sinking ship. RS3 is lifeless its nothing but an MTX shield for OSRS now. Cut your losses and start playing with OSRS. I believe OSRS and RS3 both squander their potential concerning skilling. That can be cool, but OSRS nevertheless has a long way to go like RS3.

RS3 does progress, it just is not appreciated as much I would say. Mahogany houses is cool, but can it be better than, say, Changing Tombs? The thing is that nobody cares about Changing Tombs since it’s high effort. Even if wages are strong or it is decent for training – that simply doesn’t matter to most people. Why would they bother doing a top effort strategy when they could AFK?

The difference is OSRS really progresses

I believe the matter is not that RS3 does not progress, it is that they have fundamentally broken player development so interesting training systems don’t matter.

Think Shattered Worlds – people were excited about it but it just fell short of being something really wonderful. Subsequently Jagex just kinda moves on to the next thing, which is also frequently half-baked. It is mostly trash mobs. It could have been really exciting if we have lots of fresh, exciting, powerful monsters to fight but we have dull crap. Like it was that close though,y’understand?

And I believe buy old school rs gold has reduced standards for what is an exciting update anyhow, most players are just doing their thing and if they don’t get upgrades for a while it is not a big deal because they intend to grind for hundreds of hours doing exactly the same thing and they are happy to do this. On RS3 although it’s kinda like… Eh. 99s are really easy, so in case a new training method isn’t super good money and/or AFK what’s even the point to most people? Similar story with items, OSRS players actually have a reasonable desire for lower grade weaponry because individuals are not all level 99 in their combat stats so that it’s easy to add things that have a larger effect. And of course PVP is a thing, so some arbitrary weird weapon can become the focus of an whole account.
